Carpet cleaning

As an add-on service to our regular maintenance contracts, we offer carpet cleaning services for the common areas and hallways of your condominium association or apartment complex. As a stand-alone service, Champion Cleaning gladly offers the same quality, reliable carpet cleaning services to other commercial properties, offices and homes.

All stains and traffic areas are pre-treated. Carpets are cleaned using hot water extraction, allowing chemicals to clean deep down and leaving your carpet sanitized, disinfected and deodorized.

Window cleaning

Champion Cleaning can handle all the necessary window work related to your condominium community, such as the large stretches of glass extending above building entrances. Price is based on window size, accessibility, and whether there is a need for blading. Blading is used when heavy weathering has settled into the glass.

Unit turnovers

We offer complete cleaning of rental units in preparation for new tenants. And if your previous tenants were… less than meticulous… we're equipped to haul junk, and give your unit a full overhaul.
