How often do you clean?
This might sound like we’re dodging the question, but scheduling can needs truly differ from client to client. That said, for smaller size properties or businesses, routine cleanings with Champion Cleaning are often done weekly, bi-weekly, or sometimes just monthly. In other cases, large properties or businesses may require daily services. It ultimately comes down to your needs are and your budget. Champion Cleaning will work with you based on your business’s unique needs to create a plan that makes the most sense.
Does someone need to be at the business for you to clean?
No, we can clean on whatever schedule works for you, and it can be day or night. Regardless of the time, our crew will need access to the building and permission to be there we can clean without requiring anyone from your staff. We always appreciate having access to a lock box but we manage keys, too.
What is the cost for your cleaning services?
Again, not dodging the question but Champion Cleaning offers a variety of cleaning services and each one is priced differently based on the skills and time required. In addition, we need to account for factors such as height access, number of floors, amount of grime, etc. Do you need common area cleaning? Carpet cleaning? Disinfecting? Garage sweeping? Do I have to sign a long-term contract with Champion Cleaning?
No, we typically don’t require a contract. We figure that as long as you’re happy with our work, there’s no need tie anyone’s hands. Of course, if you’d prefer a contract or your company requires one, we’re glad to provide one or work from one that you provide. Other than that, we operate from our proposals that lists all of the agreed services with a clear scope. This can be amended whenever needed.
How do I know what you have cleaned while you were here?
You’ll see clear indications of our work: fingerprints removed from your entrance glass, visible dirt no longer on your hallway carpets, shiny elevator doors, etc.. Our cleaning teams are provided with a checklist of all tasks, ensuring that nothing is missed. If there were any issues, we will let you know. Or if there is ever a quality issue after our visit, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss it and we will make sure to address it right away.
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
No, we come fully prepared with all of the supplies, equipment, and PPE that we need to clean your property. In fact, we actually sell disinfecting and restroom supplies, and we can also manage your inventory for these if you’d like.
