Champion Cleaning is a Methuen-based multi-unit residential cleaning company that has provided quality, reliable and affordable cleaning services to private and professionally managed condominium communities and apartment complexes throughout the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire since 1997.

Founder and President Barry LaValle created Champion Cleaning after seeing the same problems property managers experienced with cleaning companies again and again: missed visits, inconsistent quality, poor communication, and contractors that eventually began cutting corners.
Champion Cleaning was built to provide a more dependable approach.One of the biggest differences is how we plan the work before service begins. We do not simply look at a property's square footage and apply a standard cleaning rate. We conduct a detailed walkthrough, review the building's layout, traffic, amenities, priorities, and desired cleaning frequency, and calculate the labor required for the individual tasks that need to be completed.Those calculations are reviewed internally before we submit a proposal. This allows us to create a realistic scope of work from the beginning rather than winning an account with an unsustainably low price and reducing service later.
With a 95% customer retention rate, our goal is to build long-term relationships with property managers by providing consistent service and getting the scope right from the start.

No, we typically don’t require a contract. We figure that as long as you’re happy with our work, there’s no need to tie anyone’s hands. Of course, if you’d prefer a contract or your company requires one, we’re glad to provide one or work from one that you provide. Other than that, we operate from our proposals that list all of the agreed services with a clear scope. This can be amended whenever needed.
