Cleaner/Driver Job Description:
Champion Cleaning is looking for a Cleaner Driver to join our team! We require candidates to be able to speak some Spanish for this position as they would be in charge of relaying information to other members of the team.
Employee would report to our office in Methuen, MA daily, Monday- Friday, starting at 6:00 am.
Responsible for the accurate and effective professional cleaning of customer sites in a timely and efficient manner. Responsible for truck organization. Responsible for accurate reporting of all time sheets, and effective communication regarding job sites maintenance issue, truck maintenance, job completion, supply requisitions and any job site product inventory.
Cleaner/Driver Duties and Responsibilities:
-Ensuring that all Jobs are completed properly within the assigned Job Time.
-Ensuring that Daily Route Sheets are followed and filled out accurately.
-Ensuring the security of tools, material, keys, and supplies at the job-site
-Ensuring that the assigned truck and equipment are properly maintained; supplies are replenished and stocked properly; advise the Operations Manager when equipment is in need of routine maintenance or repair
-Ensuring that company truck is clean and organized
-Ensuring proper completion of all and any necessary documentation requesting supplies, equipment or inventory items
-Advise the operations manager on areas in need of improvement in order to enhance quality and productivity
-Evaluating the performance of assigned Cleaning Technicians
Cleaner Driver Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience preferred
- Read, understand, and speak English preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
