Do you supply the cleaning products?

Yes, our crews of cleaners have their own cleaning products and equipment. Unless you have a specific requirement, we have it all handled, which is one less thing to worry about for your team.

Do you carry restroom/bathroom supplies?

Yes, we carry a variety of restroom supplies including bath tissue, towels, hand soap, and trash can liners. We can also provide recommendations on upgrading your soap dispensers to more cost-effective products.

What do you use for cleaning products?

Wherever possible and practical, our crews use green cleaning products. The current environmentally-friendly technology in cleaning products is excellent. They’re very effective.

Some items such as sanitizers and disinfectants – which are used on high-frequency touch points (e.g. door knobs, light switches, restroom fixtures, etc.) might be the exception as these products “kill” organisms (germs), and as such aren’t typically labeled as “green.”

Do you disinfect everything?

We take hygiene and disinfection very seriously, especially after the last few years. There is been a major shift in public consciousness regarding cleaning and disinfection. From the onset of the pandemic, Champion Cleaning was a resource for many apartments, condominiums, offices, and other public properties for CDC-supported disinfection in Greater Boston. The CDC recommends that high-frequency touch points are prioritized when it comes to disinfection. Do you clean during the day or night?

We’ll accommodate your schedule, however, most office cleaning is performed at night – after everyone leaves and before they return to their desks the next day. Most people find it disturbing to have vacuums running while they’re meeting or on the phone, or having their workspace interrupted while they’re concentrating. In addition, our crews are also able to work more efficiently when they have clear areas to work in. Therefore, it’s typically a win-win for us to perform office cleaning after work hours.

What if we close our office for vacation or have some other rescheduling need?

Just email or call our office and let us know when to stop service and when to begin again, and we’ll implement it into your schedule. Of course, charges will be put on hold as well!

How do you manage security in-and-out of our office?

We work with many properties and each has its own security system and preference for us to access their facility. Let us know what works best for you:

Do you clean desktops?

The short answer is YES.

However, desktops are often a personal preference and we’re very sensitive to people’s workspaces. Therefore, if desktop cleaning is requested, we will clean cleared desktops. Our crews are instructed not to move papers or other personal belongings.

Do you provide carpet spot cleaning?

Yes. We are bonded and carry ample General Liability coverage as well as Workers Compensation. We will provide a COI upon request.
